About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their medications and products safely and on time. You will use a company vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries within the community, providing reliable, professional service at every stop. This role combines time on the road with a strong focus on organization, customer care, and maintaining confidentiality in a healthcare environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being out on the road, and making a positive impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver prescriptions and retail products to customers in a timely manner
- Load and unload deliveries (up to 50 lbs.), including navigating stairs where required
- Plan and complete delivery routes efficiently and accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer service with each delivery
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and pharmacy information
- Complete delivery records and ensure accuracy of orders
- Assist in-store with tasks and general support as needed
- Complete banking runs and handle cash transactions as required
- Pick up and drop off items at vendors and service locations (including wholesalers, bus station, and recyclers)
- Transfer stock and products between store locations as needed
- Follow all safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting and stairs
- Previous delivery experience is an asset
- Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check
- Eligible to work in Canada

Schedule
Part-time hours will vary based on store needs (approximately 8–16 hours per week). Availability is required for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We will confirm expected scheduling requirements during the hiring process.
Our core hours are Monday – Friday: 9am – 9pm, Saturday: 9am – 6pm, Sunday: 10am – 4pm
